涵盖金属、化工、电子、能源等众多学科专业从事材料微观结构分析、化学元素定量半定量分析、材料力学性能测试、汽车零部件质量检测等工作。
现有员工12人,具有博士学位6人,硕士学位2人。
The center has a German spectro Maxx vacuum direct reading spectrometer, a full set of advanced metallographic sample preparation system, desktop coordinate, fluorescence defect detection and analysis equipment, universal metal tensile testing machine, X-ray nondestruc-tive testing equipment, bench testing machine and other analysis and testing equipment.
It can realize the testing and analysis of material composition, microstructure and mechanical properties, as well as the whole process services such as dimension detection, defect analysis and bench test of forming parts.Covering metal, chemical, electronic, energy and other disciplines, professional engaged in material microstructure analysis, chemical elements quantitative and semi quantitative analysis, material mechanical properties testing, quality testing of automobile parts and components, etc.
