产品导航
         借助CAE模拟仿真进行半固态成形零件和模具的结构设计优化。利用有限元数值模拟软件对零件进行受力分析及热节分析,预测缩孔疏松产生位置,从而优化零件结构设计,保证铸件满足使用工况,使其更适合于压铸工艺且避免铸造缺陷产生;根据半固态浆料充型的流动特征,利用自主开发的模流分析软件对压铸过程进行流体分析和传热分析,协助压铸模具设计和压铸工艺制定,优化模具浇道设置和排气系统设计,最终达到控制半固态成形件质量的目的。

          

The structure design optimization of semi-solid forming parts and dies was carried out with CAE auxiliary design. The finite element numerical simulation software is used in stress and hot spot analysis of the parts to predict the positions of shrinkages and porosities, so as to optimize the design of the parts structure, ensure that the castings meet the requirements of working conditions, make it more suitable for the die casting process and avoid die casting defects.Based on the flow characteristics of the semi-solid slurry filling, the fluid analysis and heat transfer analysis of the die casting process is performed using the self-developed mold flow analysis software, which assists the die casting mold design and the die casting process formulation, and optimizes the mold runner setting and venting system design. Finally, the purpose of controlling the quality of semi-solid forming parts is achieved.

  • 全自动机器人不合格品分拣
Fully automatic robot unqualified product sorting
       全自动机器人会根据公差监测结果将超出公差范围的产品放到待检工位;将在公差范围内的产品放到良品输送带上,此工艺可以准确监控每模次产品的工艺参数,将不符合要求的产品全部分拣出来。

 

        The fully automatic robot will put the products beyond the tolerance range to the waiting for inspection station, and put the products within the tolerance range on the good products conveyor belt according to the tolerance monitoring result.

This process can accurately monitor the process parameters of each product, and sort out all the products that do not meet the requirements.
  • 公差实时监测
Tolerance real-time monitoring 
        在压铸过程中,根据不同的产品品质要求,我们可以在设定各种工艺参数时同时设定可以接受的上公差和下公差范围。先进的在线监测设备会实时监控每模次的实际值,并且会将实际值与设定的公差范围进行比对。

         

         In the process of die-casting, we can set various process parameters and also acceptable upper and lower tolerances according to different product quality requirements. The advanced on-line monitoring equipment monitors the actual value of each module in real time, and compares the actual value with the set tolerance range.


无损检测

Nondestructive Testing(NDT)


           铝合金铸件的无损检测技术是质量保障的重要一环。为了实现对铸件内部质量的完全监控,开发和优化包括X射线探伤、超声探伤、C扫技术和荧光渗透检测技术等在内的一套无损检测技术,对半固态压铸件的内部和表面缺陷进行检测。

        The nondestructive testing technology of aluminum alloy castings is an important part of quality assurance. A set of nondestructive testing technology including X-ray and ultrasonic nondestructive testing , C-sweep technology and fluorescence penetrate testing technology should be developed and optimized to realize the complete monitoring of the internal quality of casting, and detection of internal and surface defects of semi solid die castings can be conducted.
